Document each step of your work just like I have shown on the “Calculating Housing Diversity” power point slides. a. Step 1: Open the data and explain briefly what you see and what the variables mean. As inadequate housing diversity is associated with increased foreclosure and sales rates, although the impact of borrower proportion and vacancy rates is more significant on both foreclosure and sales rates.
