PERSONAL APA TEMPLATE 2 Personal APA Template Many students grumble and moan when their instructor assigns them to complete a group project. Some students may worry that they will have to do the whole assignment on their own if their group members do not pull their weight. Other students insist that they work better on their own. However, students would be wise to note that working in group projects helps them develop and refine their soft skills. Soft skills are "collection of personal, positive attributes and competencies that enhance your relationships, job performance, and value to the market” (Smith, 2011, para.3). And, they are becoming increasingly more important in today’s job market.
