The total Design Method for mail survey was used 540 students

College students enrolled in an introductory nutrition class, eligible if 18yrs or older. Participants were randomly assigned to either a daytime group (≤30% total kcals after 5 pm) or a nighttime group (≥50% total kcals after 5 pm) after being recruited over the course of two semesters. 20 min survery - 7-point bipolar scale, dietary status, percieved serverity/susecptibility, benefits/barriers/efficiancy of healthy eating, likelyhood of healthy eating, Validated questionnaires assessing mood, self-
regulation, and eating behaviors. Perceived mood was collected over 8 days and averaged for an overall perception score. A computer-generated random sample of 1000 undergraduate students ages 18 to 23 was drawn from the 11,000 students enrolled at a northwest university.
A cross sectional design used to study dietary and lifestyle habits as well as the occurrence of obesity among a conventional sample of undergrad.
Students were invited to participate in an anonymous online survey with questions that asked about concerning health related behaviors
