Describe three performance appraisal methods as well as the advantages and disadvantages of
each.
360-degee appraisal method, advantages are It’s easier to spot development opportunities in teams or
departments, it allows people to know how they’re seen in the company. Disadvantages are it can
become focused on negative feedback and deter truthful feedback.
Behaviorally anchored rating scale (BARS) Method, advantages is it provides a more detailed assessment
of an employee's performance, as it is based on observed behaviors. Encourages ongoing feedback and
coaching by focusing on specific behaviors that need improvement and performance expectations.
Adjective rating scale method, advantages are a structured approach that provides a clear understanding
of employees' strengths and weaknesses and is an easy comparison between employees an evaluation
system.

improve the people and planet experience when dealing with your employees and their

One way to improve the people and planet experience for employees is to implement sustainable and
employee-friendly workplace practices. E.g.: Green initiatives in the workplace like recycling and waste
reduction programs. Having wellness initiatives for employees like fitness and mindful classes.

What are two benefits of and challenges to working from home?
Benefits of working from home would be flexibility and work-life balance, cost saving and time efficiency.
Challenges would be isolation and loneliness as well as technological and connectivity issues.

Provide an example from your current or previous work history when you have had to deal with
a difficult colleague or customer. What did you learn from that experience and what would you
do differently?
In a previous role I encountered a challenging situation with a colleague who consistently exhibited
uncooperative behavior during team projects. I learned the importance of effective communication and
conflict resolution. It became clear that addressing the issue promptly and constructively was crucial for
the success of the team and the project. What I would do differently next time is have a conversation
with the person to understand why they are not co-operating before a conflict occurs.
