I used the filter of comparing to determine why region of east Lansing has higher rates of diabetes. Task 2 a. Which two counties have the highest ratio of people 25+ with at least High School Degree ? Clare and Ogemaw counties b. Are the values for these counties above or below the Michigan State value ? By how much (in %)? Midland= 94.7% Isabella= 92.5% compared to the Michigan Value= 91.6% so Midland is 3.1% higher and Isabella is 0.9% higher. What is the percent of people 25+ who own at least a High School Degree in Mt. Pleasant (zip code: 48858)? 93.0% c. What is the trend (change over time) of people 25+ with at least High School Degree , Isabella County ? It tends to have raised over the past years by 1-2 %

Make a list of three promising practices to improve this index, according to the Dashboard ‘promising practices’ section. Explore the “Low-Income and Low Access to a Grocery Store” information and report those counties with percent of “ Low-Income and Low Access to a Grocery Store” higher than 10%. I couldn’t figure out how to do this but counties with lower income normally have lower access to grocery stores.
