The methods to collect data would be through Individual interviews, surveillance through
the use of a questionnaire, and evaluation of the performance of the online health
education program. The results from the data will help us to know the pros and cons, as
well as to help us make changes so that we can make it more effective, accessible, and
useful.
The questions that need to be asked would be what software is being used and does it
fully meet the needs of this course. This question needs to be asked because we need to
make sure that this program runs smoothly without any technical errors. The next
question would be what are the technical resources and needs for this course. This
question was asked in case anything happens technical-wise, who do we have to call and
come fix it in case we ever run into a problem. Next, I would ask what is the reputation of
the department. I would ask this because I want students to benefit and learn as much
information as possible so, I want to know the effectiveness and the work ethic of all
employees under this department.
