Annual Student Outcome Goal
Reduce the number of students that are chronically absent from 38.4% in spring semester of the 2021-2022 school year to less than 28% in the spring semester of 2022-2023.

Interventions That Support Achieving the Annual Student Outcome Goal Describe Direct Student Services (minimum of two)
Describe Indirect Student Services (minimum of two)
1. Having meetings with students on a 1:1 basis if they are struggling to get to school to see what help
can be given, especially in the form of transportation to and from school.
2. Conduct a staff meeting to discuss with teachers a process of referrals to counseling for students they feel are missing a lot of class due to transportation or other various issues beyond chronic illness.
1. Discussing with district various ways to improve transportation issues for our students who may not have a bus or are unable to walk to school.
2. Refer students in need of transportation assistance to outside services and resources. If absences are due to them ditching classes, will refer to counselor to discuss the WHY behind ditching class and see if there’s a deeper reason we can address and plan intervention;
