Summative Assessment: Innovations in Health Care Article
Introduction Healthcare is a multi-million industry and has changed so much over the years. Telehealth has become a convenient magnet to patients and healthcare workers since Covid-19. “
COVID-19, also called coronavirus disease 2019, is a sickness caused by a virus called severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). COVID-19 can cause serious illness and lead to death in some people. People at higher risk include older adults, and the risk increases with age. Also at higher risk for serious illness are people with existing medical conditions (Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), 2024).”
In this article, we will determine how the above information affected healthcare in the current years. The changes are also a way to explain the IHI Quadruple Aim, and how healthcare

The above innovations are highly impacted by new developments of telehealth and virtual reality. They both can help healthcare workers and patients enhance their experience with a health organization. These modern inventions are a part of the Quadruple Aim theory. The patients are the main concern to make sure that they are taken care of in the best way throughout the world of healthcare. Analysis Covid – 19 has brought many opportunities to healthcare and the advancement of different technologies. Telehealth has been able to provide pathways to other technology like telemedicine.
