The long wait times at Dr. Deasly's Tampa clinis, is causing a negative impact on patient satisfication as well as staff efficiency and fustration. The office is undergoing a project to solve for the work flow and inefficiencies.
The long wait times at the clinic and the delays of call backs, have caused patients to seek care elswhere. the patient complaints have caused a high turnover rate amongst the staff. This has caused a negative impact on the revenue for the clinic
The goals are to reduce the wait times for patients. improve the workflow within 3 month, by cutting wait time to 10 min and increase patients up to 15 per day. Tampa clinic operation to increase the colume of patients and employee morale. reduce the cost of training as well increasing revenue for the clinic.
changes. the 3 months wuk be difficlut to start changes and get the positive results. Getting the patients to process the new changes. Dr. Deasly may have trouble keeping the visits to only 30 min per patients.
The Tampa clinic may have set backs on the changes. Whhich will result in loss of revenue, that may be hard to recover from.
