WBS Template Directions When creating your Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), refer to the examples in the textbook. Enlarge the images by clicking them. You can also search the Internet for examples of Work Breakdown Structures. 1. Identify your project 2. Identify a minimum of four deliverables (1.0 – 4.0). The BUDGET (5.0) is what you will use in your project. Do not change the Budget section. 3. Identify a minimum of five (5) work units/tasks that fall under each deliverable (1.1-1.5, 2.1-2.5, 3.1-3.5, 4.1-4.5, and 5.1-5.5) 4. More work/units tasks may be added – maximum of eight (8) 5.
