DATA PRESENTATION QUESTION (10 points):
Your audit report contains two different types of graphical representations (charts) of your progress that
can be found near the top of the report.
What two types of graphical representations (charts) are used
to display information about total credit hours, credit hours by category, and GPA?
The two types of graphs used are Bar Chart
and Pie Chart
.
REFLECTION QUESTIONS (28 points):
1.
How does the inclusion of graphical charts and the overall design/layout of the report make the
report user-friendly?
The inclusion of the graphical charts makes it easier for users to see the progress they have made
as well as how much further they have to go. The charts display three progress categories.
Completed, In-progress, and Planned.
2.
What could be different that would make this report easier for you to understand the
information? (Be aware that there is a legend on the report that defines each of the four color
groups.)
I think the report is very easy to read and understand. From my perspective, there isn’t anything
that needs to be changed to make the report easier to understand.
OPTIONAL:
Give me your feedback on the instructions and the overall usefulness of this activity, both
from UI/UX and for your personal degree planning.
I like the duality of this assignment. I have used the degree tracker MANY times and had never really
considered the UI/UX design before. This assignment would be very useful for others who may have not
known about the degree tracker.
