Week 6 Discussion response I enjoyed reading your response thank you for sharing! I wanted to add another example of a company that utilizes the agile supply chain method and elaborate on the method. A supply chain may only be deemed agile if it possesses the following four elements: virtual integration, process alignment, network sensitivity, and market sensitivity. The organization as a whole gains from adopting an agile model since it can move swiftly and decisively. CISCO systems uses this supply chain method when managing its operations. Enhancing the firm's success in serving its clients helped the organization attain success on a worldwide scale. CISCO's supply chain agility enabled the organization to become increasingly resilient. The company's success was also attributed to the automation of supply activities and the deployment of ERP technology.
