Based on the information given, what is your assessment of apprentices’ readiness for training at PM Mold? How does the company enable readiness for training?
I think having the apprentices attend classes and do on-the-job learning is a great idea. That will give them hands-on learning and gain the experience they need to move forward with the company. With companies like this learning hands-on is the best way for
someone to gain experience. They enable readiness for training by having the apprentices
attend classes and have them there for learning on the job, including them in group projects is another way to enable readiness and adds value to them when they create something together and help work in group settings. 2.
Recommend two measures for PM Mold to use in determining the success of its apprenticeship training. Two measures they can use to determine the success of the training would be assigned tasks related to molding skills and if it is ready to hit the market or if it needs to be adjusted in any way to make it ready to be sold. Another measure would be having someone with experience see what is going on while the tasks are happening so corrections can be made early on and they can identify what needs to be adjusted in the training.
