Using group technology helps to manufacture products faster. One example of a company that uses this
technique includes Toyota. They group similar components and standardize processes for different
vehicles during the production process.

MRP concept provides a schedule for ordering raw material for provide the products in time. It is a
advantage for a manufacturing firm because it helps to prevent shortages.
