By completing this assessment, you will demonstrate the knowledge required to correctly apply legal requirements to building and construction projects involving residential and low-rise commercial buildings. Assessment Instructions What This is an individual assessment task involving a series of questions. You must answer all questions. Carpentry Builder A carpentry builder with limited registration is specifically trained and authorized to carry out carpentry work. Deck and Patio Builder This limited registration category is for builders who specialize in the construction or renovation of decks and patios. Fencing Builder Fencing builders with limited registration are authorized to work related to the installation and construction of fences and enclosures.
