Hello professor and classmates, Regarding a website design proposal, some potential questions the client could ask are identified below: 1st Question: Will this website include any added features to enable access for disabled users? To ensure that the design for this website is in fact “user-friendly”, we can expand certain features to provide easier accessibility for users with disabilities. These disabilities can range anywhere from hearing impaired to hindered eyesight. For example, we can add a feature where the user can easily change the size of the text displayed within the page, making it easier for them to read the material if they suffer from low vision. If there are any videos within the site, we can implement closed captions, following a transcript for users to easily follow along with the video. 2nd Question: What is the estimated completion time for this project? If any risks occur, how would this affect the overall project timeline? We expect this project to be completed anywhere from a month or two, realistically around 30-50 days. This will give us plenty of time to discuss what members will be responsible for each portion in bringing the final product together by the completion date. However, if not all team members are on the same page and this leads to miscommunication of project details, this can lead to delays within the project timeline, resulting in a longer estimated final completion of the project overall.
