Also being close to the local high school having social media would attract attention from those close as well. Being on main street is an advantage with setting signs up outside maybe even hosting an event giving everyone with or without a membership access to attend. Mainly the pool on the other end of town would attract some potential clients. Having to take a bus because it is not within walking distance could also pose a threat to business.
