Events that made this change necessary or desirable: There was a very large scope of work to be done with the creation and production of the show. Justification for the change/why it is needed/desired to continue/complete the project: We feel as if it would be more valuable to exert all our current energy into the creation and production of the show and not fixate on adding an online version of the show. We feel like it would be much better to do this at a later date after the initial project is complete. Impact of the proposed change on: Scope: This will limit the overall work needed to be done in making the show Schedule: This will free up the schedule and allow for more of our man-hours to be allocated to other aspects of the project Cost: This will decrease the cost of the project by $2,500 as that was the amount that was allocated by the project sponsor towards making an online version of the show. Staffing: The online IT guy, Daryl Maffurt will need to have his position reviewed as it doesn’t appear to be any sort of additional thing to relay his man-hours on Risk: This will lower the overall risk of the project as there will be less work done in the scope and the project over the respective time-frame. Other: N/A Suggested implementation if the change request is approved: We wish to allocate more of the time spent working on building the online version towards the creation and production of the show. We also wish to have more time being
