Good job on this week’s discussion on Compliance Laws & Challenges, I found it to be very organized and easy to read. I do like how you discussed from a customer’s standpoint because organizations already should know the compliance laws, sometimes as a customer we do not consider this when trying to deal with a claim or argument with an organization when the organization itself is actually correct. Security policies, controls, and procedures are all important in their own way, HIPAA is an important law for this because we are dealing with people’s health and personal information. Emphasizing training and policies especially new ones are a necessity as well, working with the DoD we have many policies that are always changing and being updated, it is important that we know these policies so we can train others so our soldiers are abiding by them. How would you enforce new training policies and ensure everyone receives the proper training on them?
