preparing an outgoing inspection report as required by the Residential Tenancies Act 2010

negotiate with the tenant for rectification of issues and refer unresolved matters to the Tribunal

release a bond in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 •

Prepare an outgoing inspection report on the form contained in the Appendix to this assessment. In the unit CPPREP4122 you were required to complete an ingoing inspection report for a property that you were conversant with, which could have been your own property. As part of that assessment you were required to download and keep the copy. You are now going to undertake an outgoing inspection of the property for the ending of the tenancy. Once you have completed the report upload it You are to complete the outgoing report noting the following issues: - •
The stove has not been cleaned and there is evidence of built up fat. •
There is a cigarette burn mark in the carpet in the second bedroom. •
There are some items left in the garage •
The windows which were cleaned before the tenant move in are dirty on the outside •
The shower recess has a build-up on soap and scum. ASSESSOR USE ONLY S NS b.
