Chris would need to prove the injuries happening during the fall. Chris would also need to find all the proof she can collect showing Amy was negligent. 4.
What did you learn about the culture of safety that Amy’s unit implemented regarding patient falls? Some things I learned was that incident reporting can save yourself. The criteria he used was having no disclosure of where nurses are working. Another criteria would be not using any specifics of patients names or diagnosis.
