In order to obtain a better understanding of Actus Reus, Mens Rea, and Concurrence we will be utilizing the video link attached above to
gain a better perspective of these concepts of law which are outlined in Chapter #4 beginning on page 116 of your textbook. (I have also
attached the slide from your notes outlining Actus Reus / Mens Rea / Concurrence following this slide)
Assignment:
You are to submit a (1) page minimum / (2) page maximum length paper that answers the following questions as they
pertain to Actus Reus / Mens Rea / Concurrence. Submit a short paragraph answering each of the below listed questions individually.
Each question is worth (5) points. Total possible points for the assignment: (25).

Actus Reus
Q1) A necessary feature of any crime is some act in violation of a law. In your own words, explain what you feel is the violation of law that
occurred. (I am not looking for a statutory definition, just a reasonable explanation of your view on what crime occurred)
