Summary Former Baltimore State Attorney's assistant Adam Chaudry received charges of felony and fraud. Chaudry used his power and authority for personal benefits, such as spying, harassing, and threatening to ex-partner's privacy. In context, the state's attorney's primary obligation is defending and seeking individual safety through prosecutions in retaliation of social norms. Nevertheless, Chaudry unauthorized used his position to collect information about a couple of ex-girlfriends, raising several questions about current agency practices. In addition, he collected information from other agencies pretending to be the official investigating purpose. Today defendant Chaudry is being formally prosecuted and awaiting a jail sentence after he pleads guilty of wrongdoing practices. Brief The State Attorney's office focuses and devotes itself to serving the community in all those matters that turbulence the social order. Chaudry's unsupervised activities lead him to collect private information from previous relationships.
