Samantha, I would like to thank you for the transparency in your post. It is admirable and inspiring that you have chosen to assume authority over your time and pursue a career in sales consulting. By embracing the independence that comes with becoming an entrepreneur, you are not only outlining the path of your professional life, but you are also releasing the potential for both personal and financial freedom. As entrepreneurs connect enterprises with the market, they understand market needs, and lead enterprises as main micro-operators of the market to solve the
problems of “for whom to produce, what to produce and how to produce (CHEN, 2022). This journey of entrepreneurship will provide you with a sense of success that is highlighted by the financial gains as well as the satisfaction of establishing something that is uniquely yours.
Making the move from education to entrepreneurship will enable you to apply your skills learned
through long term planning, data trends personnel management to use in a new environment. Fortunately, those skills are all transferrable and will provide an additional lens in your preparation for your new journey. “You should use your gifts to serve others as loyal stewards of
God's grace. Speaking should be like speaking God's messages. To thank God through Jesus Christ in all things, serve with God's might."(
New International Version Bible
, 1978/2011, Peter 4:10-11). Maintaining a healthy work-life balance has several benefits for personal well-being and professional success. Improved mental and physical health, improved efficiency, and stronger interpersonal relationships are all outcomes that can be achieved by the implementation of a work balanced approach. Work stress has been identified as a result of various variables, such as job instability, increased use of mobile phones, financial crises, family issues, heavy workload, dissatisfaction, and miscommunication among colleagues (Venkatesan, 2021). Work-life balance
is a challenging and tremendous task, between managing work and family conflicts. Conflict arises based on the expected behavior of the employees (Venkatesan, 2021). As emphasized in Proverbs 11:1 a wrong balance is an abomination, but a weight that is just is the source of his absolute joy (
New International Version Bible
, 1978/2011).

Eric Garner Response Excellent response, it is very commendable that you are making an effort to improve your leadership abilities through this program. Your dedication to your Law Firm’s success as well as your own personal development is demonstrated by the fact that you are able to seek higher education while concurrently managing the responsibilities of two high-level positions. The bible
states “whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters” (
New International Version Bible
, 1978/2011, Colossians 3:23). Sustainability is crucial
in high-level professions when decisions affect organizations and society as a whole. Not only does your dedication and longevity guarantee the consistency and resiliency of your firm, but it has lasting impression with the clients you serve. Your selection of Liberty University is perfectly in line with the goals that you have set for yourself. A comprehensive approach to leadership development is seen in the focus placed on operational design, servant and transformational leadership, and ideals that are led by Christ. As I've previously stated in a prior discussion thread, I also harbor similar professional ambitions. The fact that leaders like you see the significance of not just professional development but also the integrating of faith-based concepts into your leadership is truly an inspiration to me. Eric your transition from the business world to the field of education will require a shift in perspective. Evidence suggests student and faculty perceptions of formal learning spaces differ (Odum et al 2021). However, the value and experiences that you bring from the business settings will be highly beneficial to students in an educational environment. There are several advantages for both teachers and students when the knowledge of the changing workforce is included into the classroom design. A primary goal of active learning pedagogies is to promote student engagement during the learning process (Odum et al. 2021). Through the lens of real-
world experiences, educators may offer a more comprehensive learning experience. As (Ouellette, 2022) states, courses that demonstrate connections to real world experiences are decisive for successful graduates in a multicultural, globalized world. A mindset that is focused on achieving outcomes, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and strategic thinking are frequently developed by leaders who come from the workforce. Regardless of their point of entry, students emerge from the course with an unambiguous awareness of the connectivity between discourse and practice, an appreciation of how behavior impacts global structure and vice versa, and a heightened, developed sense of self and self-identity (Ouellette, 2022). It is possible to adapt these characteristics into any area of education in a seamless manner, which will result in effective classroom management, smart lesson planning, and an emphasis on measurable results.
