Tiara’s Big Five Personality Traits 2 of 4 Managing & Leading in Business: Tiara’s Big Five Personality Trait Evaluation Paul Costa and Robert McCrae developed an assessment that evaluates the big five personality traits. The five traits are: 1. Openness, 2. Conscientiousness, 3. Extraversion, 4. Agreeableness, 5. Neuroticism.
