Introduction
The firm discussed in this article is one that sells energy drinks to customers.
The energy drink sector in Canada is one of the most rapidly expanding beverage-related industries in the world. This expansion is increasing, but even as the sector expands, the goods stay mostly same, and there has been little innovation since the industry was founded. As a result, we are pleased to introduce our new energy drink to the market.
The name is intended to be confrontational and distinctive in nature, however it is not. After careful research, the name AK47 Punch is selected for the company.

HONESTY
Honesty is yet another organisational culture that is often observed across many
corporations in all sorts of industries,
this does not imply that it is ineffective since it promotes the committed workforce that has also been established.
COUSTOMER SERVICE In addition to being a retailer, AK47 Punch is also a service provider, which means it must pay great attention to the demands of its customers. Product quality is critical in attracting and retaining customers, and the company's culture of putting a strong emphasis on customer service contributes to even higher levels of product quality.
COMMUNICATION
Our organisation communicates with accuracy, purpose, gentleness, and compassion to ourselves and to others, and we encourage others to do the same.
RESPONSIBITY Responsibility and accountability go synonymously in the AK47 Punch organisation, and they both guarantee that we stay loyal to our statements and to our roles within the organisation.
Vision statement
What is vision statement…
A vision statement is an inspiring expression of an idealistic emotional future for an organisation or group that is based on optimism and
