EVALUATION OF ALPHABET INC.’S MISSION, VISION, AND VALUES Mission Statement: Alphabet's mission statement is to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful. Vision: Alphabet's vision is to provide innovative technologies that improve people's lives and create value for shareholders. Alphabet Inc. is largely successful in aligning its actions with its mission, vision, and values. However, like any large organization, it faces challenges and criticisms that it must address to fully realize its stated objectives.
RECOMMENDATION FOR CHANGES TO ALPHABET’S MISSION, VISION, OR VALUES STATEMENTS TO IMPROVE ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS The mission statement could be more specific about Alphabet's role in the tech industry. The vision statement could be more forward- thinking and reflect the company's role in shaping the future of technology. Alphabet's values could include a stronger emphasis on ethical considerations, given the increasing importance of data privacy and security.
