Currently in the world, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is prominent in business and among social media users. With the use of AI, governance over the usage of AI is a hot topic and the ethical challenges it faces with covering
privacy and the proper way to use AI. With the use of AI users are caught in the dilemma of being protected and how it affects the decision-making process among leaders within an organization. (Leikas, Johri, Latvanen, Wessberg, & Hahto, 2022) AI usage is increasingly popular in the private sector of the world due to multiple stakeholders but is slowly stepping into the public sector. In the public sector the challenge is writing the rules and laws to govern AI and how the public will use AI. AI guidelines must coincide with moral code and the existence of deciding what’s right and wrong. Public administrators must investigate protecting the rights of citizens and through experimentation respecting the behavior of people, ensuring appropriate behavior between AI and the user. (O'Reilly, 2014) Administrators must ensure policy is written to avoid any unfair practices become habitual, quality of standards for AI, and laws are written where people in society cannot take advantage of other people. “When there is no clear prophetic vision, people quickly wander astray.” (Proverbs 29:18) AI provides help in the streamline of workflow processes and the improvement of automated financial systems. The issue at hand is the management of AI and how the manager controls input and output of certain algorithms for AI. (Wirtz, Weyerer, & Sturm, 2020) Managers influence the human part of AI by helping employees understand the proper way of using AI and letting employees oversee the day-to-day tasks of AI usage. Employees need clear understanding from leaders in how to apply proper techniques to better aid end users. Users like when employees have a
clear understanding of programs and are transparent in how the program helps them in their part of the world. Administrators need to look at all aspects of training for the organization in different events where AI finds a good outcome. Organizations must look at the covenant between them and their consumers.
AI development must account for the output of their practices among stakeholders and customers. Stakeholders ensure the longevity of the
organization and AI is a technology that will change daily and often. Organizational employees need proper guidance and reward on developing techniques to increase AI usage, but employees must push the proper ways of using these new techniques for customers from leadership. (Fischer, 2010)
AI in public administration must understand the reality of public service, public service is the need of the public and bettering the community it serves. Response: Artificial intelligence is currently at the height of its popularity in our society and watching its rise has been a revolutionary experience. I whole-heartedly agree with you on there needing to be sufficient laws and regulations to govern how the public can and cannot verses should and should not use AI. Too often when something not understood comes out or makes a breakthrough, there is a lot of focus from the public on negative outputs it can have (Fischer, 2010). While this is necessary and understood, the educated warning seem to do little to effectively warn or subdue the general public from using these new tools responsibly, ethically, or even morally (Shafritz, and Hyde, 2016). A different way of trying to steer people’s ways of abusing a moral or ethical code while using AI would be to pour time into pointing out the positive ways
AI can be used by the public alike. An article by Rudy van Belkom does a good job of this by showcasing how powerfully beneficial AI can be in many fields; although she focuses on the futuristics field (2020). While this is one example, there are many ways that AI can be promoted that do not cross ethical lines. It is my personal opinion that AI shouldn’t be used for discretional or creative
matters. For instance, I think AI is great for fields that are heavily led by science, math, and other analytical fields. However, there are many fields that require discretion for a reason and when that is forgotten, aspects can fall through the cracks easily. Furthermore, I find it stripping of personality that God gave to each of us to use AI for any creative matters. There is need

Remembering an office incident where I faced a cross-cultural issue, A female coworker Carol (changed name) was from London and a male coworker Sid was from India. The girl was very friendly and open-minded towards hanging out with other male staff. We often go to parties and cafes to have fun after our office. There comes an issue, Sid lives near carol's house, hence after-parties, he used to drop her at her home. Being an open-minded person carol used to hug him or just pat him on his shoulder. However, Sid took it in the wrong way, and he started taking these signs as a hint that she likes him. And he started even telling everyone about this. Since carol was a strong and calm lady hence, she did not give an ear to any of those gossips. But one day Sid proposed to her and asked her that I know you also like me. Now here comes the issue, she burst at him that in my country, helping others and being friendly with them not comes under liking. And you without even knowing what I feel…

In 2006, Hewlett-Packard Development Company LP became embroiled in a controversy over methods used to investigate media leaks from its board. HP Chairperson Patricia Dunn could have simply asked the directors who was the source cited in the story, sought an apology and gone from there. With some direct face-to-face communication, the story would likely have ended quickly. It did not. “Not only did investigators impersonate board members, employees and journalists to obtain their phone records, but according to multiple reports, they also surveilled an HP director and a reporter for CNet Networks Inc. They sent monitoring spyware in an e-mail to that reporter by concocting a phoney tip. Cultural diversity within groups refers to the presence of individuals from different cultural backgrounds, ethnicities, religions, and traditions. Embracing cultural diversity in groups can lead to a myriad of benefits, including increased creativity, broader perspectives, and enhanced problem-solving abilities. However, it can also present challenges such as communication barriers, misunderstandings, and conflicts arising from cultural differences. To leverage the advantages of cultural diversity and mitigate its challenges, groups must foster an inclusive environment where all members feel respected, valued, and empowered to contribute. This involves promoting cultural sensitivity, encouraging open-mindedness, and actively seeking to understand and appreciate diverse perspectives. Effective cross-cultural communication strategies, such as active listening, empathy, and clarity in expression, are essential for bridging cultural gaps and facilitating collaboration among group members.…
