CappielloHOLB7002-4 Research Key Elements of Capacity Development Introducing anything new into an organization is not only daunting, but a process that must include a great deal of careful consideration. Not only do the operational processes need to be developed and implemented almost seamlessly, there also has to be agreement and buy-in from those who are expected to adapt to the new process. Without these processes in place, a new implementation will almost always fail. A wonderfully laid plan will not successes just because it is a great process, there has to be a willingness as well as ableness for it to be used in a way that it brings true value to the organization who is attempting to use it. Capacity Planning Capacity planning aids organizations do just that. Planning, as with any other task, is important to making sure that as many obstacles as possible are addressed before they have the potential to bring themselves to light. This project will address that exact issue using Agile Methodology. Agile methodology “refers to the amount of work that can be done within a specific time” (Mittal, A., 2022). It is important that agile methodology and capacity planning are not confused. Capacity planning “helps the team to estimate the capacity required to complete the work in the next sprint. It clarifies how much work a team can do without reducing quality, productivity and efficiency (Mittal, A., 2022). Training and Development ” Given the growing importance and role of human resource management, it is necessary to underline the importance of training and continuous development of employees for organizational development” (Ivica, M. & Mihailo, C., 2023). Without proper training, no plan will succeed. Employees are not born with the innate ability to accomplish every single task placed before them, they have to be taught how to do certain jobs and execute certain tasks by
