When it comes to directing leadership styles, it creates a high-performing leadership team for my
organization to give instructions with solid details and directive leadership on how the task is performed, when they want it, and the assigned area you want it. This leadership style can be used when the time is extremely short; it puts orders on your team. Directing leadership plays many different parts when it comes to leadership style. Another one is a leader sticking around a new team member who may not have all the experience; they simply need to stay by their side to
ensure that things go smoothly, which is a part of the coaching leadership style. Now, I’ll talk about coaching leadership styles; it would create a high-performing leadership team for my organization. I would build trust with my team and have meetings to get ideas of where things need improvement. Let them know the goals and show them how they will be achieved. Always be willing to give your team feedback, and know celebrating accomplishment is all a part of coaching. Supporting leadership style for my organization would also bring trust to your organization and let them know that any obstacle that may come their way can be fixed. Leadership is all about being inspirational to your team and being there when they need your help.
Lastly, I’ll discuss delegating leadership style and how styles would create a high-performing leadership team for my organization when all the responsibility is on the leader and everything that happens, no matter who helps you with the goal. A delegating leadership style is how you keep things together and improve your skills because it can affect how you look as a leader. Always keep your confidence up to ensure an excellent performance.
