The Agile process is an approach to project management that divides the work into manageable chunks and places a focus on using planning, executing, and evaluating to foster persistent collaboration and improvements (Cobb, 2015). Placing an emphasis on adaptability, customer intimacy and collaboration, the agile process utilizes the following key elements to achieve its goal: iterative development, cross-functional teams, backlog, user stories, and retrospectives. During the software development cycle, iterative development is the technique of tearing down bigger assignments into minor ones that can be repeated, enhanced, and studied. Typically, developers use the most recent iteration as a starting point when they develop new products or practices. Another resource that is utilized to generate new products is the use of cross functional teams. This occurs when various teams' members with different skill sets communicate their points of view, leading to brilliant ideas and innovative business practices. User stories are straightforward yet effective structures that explain functionality from the perspective of the user. They provide teams with another building block to assist with the development of their work (Narechania, 2019). The product backlog, which usually consists of user stories, is a list of all the tasks that need to be completed. To guarantee that the work that will take two to three sprints is always specified and prioritized, the product owner and scrum team periodically refine the backlog (Narechania, 2019). The last key element is retrospectives, in this sector the opportunity for agile development teams to reflect on past work together and identify ways to improve is presented which ultimately emphasized agile values of flexibility, customer intimacy and collaboration. With your new role as the product owner, you will be in charge of setting priorities, managing the work of the development team, and ensuring that the consumers get the most out
of the team's efforts. Although it may seem complex, utilizing theses five tasks will allow you to successful perform your new job. These tasks consist of understanding the vision, establishing a plan, managing the backlog, defining the stories, and keeping the communication flowing amongst all. If done correct the product owner becomes an outstanding spokesman for the goods.
