Today I want to review the current state of my contribution portfolio and request targeted local recourses. Directors Concept Question #1:
The answer comes from the portfolio management concept!
Directors Concept Question #2:
The answer comes from the portfolio management concept!
Info Sec #1:
Now I would like to look at my Sales Portfolio, in my Portfolio Evaluation, I see I have most of my accounts in the proposal phase which is only about a 50% chance of a sale. My Portfolio is lacking enough weight to make my 15 million dollar minimum. This is something that will need a little work, but I am not far off the goal if I can get a couple more sales locked in my portfolio. The strength in my portfolio is a healthy number of accounts in the portfolio but mainly in the proposal phase. My weakness
is there are not enough accounts in the negotiate and manage phases which are my two highest probability phases for a sale coming in at 70 percent for negotiate and 90 percent for manage. By being able to get more accounts in my weakness phases negotiate and manage I will see improvement in my Sales Portfolio. Do you have any questions about what I have just covered? Directors Portfolio Question #1:
The answer comes from the Sales Portfolio and may require calculation.
Directors Portfolio Question #2:
The answer comes from the Sales Portfolio and may require calculation. Info sec #2: Now I would like to take some time and talk about our target opportunities for the company. The first target opportunity is Shaw Industries Plant 65 in Andalusia, AL. The Hajoca Mobile, AL location has served this plant served this plant as a source of urgent supplies and inventory management. The corporate level of engagement has been very minimal for Shaw Plants. There are over 20 other Shaw plant locations in my region that we could be serving currently. Secondly, we have the Southern Company Nuclear Plant in Columbia, AL. We do not have a formal corporate or regional partnership with Southern Company, But the Albany, GA location is in a great location to serve the plant Farley and the plant Hatch Southern Nuclear Facilities. Do you have any questions about what I just covered? Directors Target Question #1
: The answer comes from the portfolio and may require calculation. Directors Target Question #2
: The answer comes from the portfolio and may require calculation. Do you have any questions about what I just covered? Negotiation
: Great thank you, is there any way you have any local Resources that can help me move these accounts over?
Directors Answer:
YES Transition:
I will get more companies moved into the IDENTIFY phase moving forward.
