Justification: I chose Melaleuca for this SWOT analysis. Melaleuca inc is a multinational company based in Idaho Falls, and I analyzed this information using their Facebook posts.

Thesis statement: Melaleuca is a huge multinational company and it makes sense to use Facebook to target their public which would be mostly middle aged adults.
Strengths
High presence: Melaleuca posts constantly in their Facebook page what keeps their brand constantly in the eyes of their audience / followers.
Audience defined : You can tell by their posts that they target married adults, by the language used and the simplicity of their posts
Weakness
Lack of promos: Melaleuca has a lot of posts, but they don’t explore using the platform to engage buyers
into going in their stores or seeking to buy it.
Public engagement: Although their Facebook page has over 300k followers, posts engagement is not good. Their average posts have about 300 likes and 13 comments.
Opportunities
Event promotion: Melaleuca is well recognized in the community and they could explore partnership with events with other companies to get people engaged. Their firework event on the 4

of July in nationally recognized, so why not do more.
