Why is customer loyalty of particular importance to a company like Dunkin’ Donuts? Dunkin’ Donuts has been around for a very long time. By winning their loyal customers they must provide high quality coffee and reasonable prices. Customer loyalty is important for businesses like Dunkin’ Donuts because it helps the business improve sales and their brand image. 3. Briefly describe the role that marketing research plays at Dunkin’ Donuts. Dunkin’ Donuts produces different types of coffees and they taste test their product to understand what their customers want. They offer different flavors to their customers liking. Dunkin’ Donuts also looks at the surrounding environment prior to selecting a location for their business and they provide drive through’s that are very convenient to their customers.
