incorporates what we have covered thus far and your preliminary assessment of where
you think it’s headed and why±
•
This report will incorporate aspects of how your team works together² how you
collectively solve problems² how you communicate both as a team and individually² and
how you incorporate ethical considerations into your project work±
•
The matrix in the slide ahead should also be incorporated at the front of the deck you
submit next week² along with the rest of the slides

For the slides – DO NOT CHANGE THE FONT ·SIZE OR FONT¸± It is deliberately
designed to ensure you are concise with your answers±

°·he roblem Öe £ªolve
Radiators have been in use for many years² and because they are
manually controlled² much of the energy consumed is wasted± With
this extra energy consumption² it’s no surprise that there is also a
higher cost that comes with maintenance and use± Aside from costs²
people that have radiators can not leave their homes unattended with
them on due to safety reasons± If left turned off for too long²
temperatures in their homes equate almost to the outdoor conditions±
Öho Jës °·his roblem?
Groups that have involvement with radiators and would agree to
having this problem includes building and home owners with radiators²
property managers that manage buildings with radiators² building
maintenance workers attempting to fix a radiator² and others who
maintain and operate essential thermal systems that incorporate
radiators in private or public building·s¸±
uu|ur £ªolution:
The automatic steam radiator valve will reduce energy consumption
and costs for buildings which include" residential² commercial² public²
etc± It will allow property managers to manage energy use in their
buildings with an easy to use online software± With this software² they
will be able to monitor and control their home temperatures from
anywhere# it does not require them to be in front of the radiator when
changing steam valve¹temperature controls which contributes to a
safer and more efficient system±
