A professional social media presence is important for your job search and future healthcare career. Employers often use social media to evaluate job candidates, and an unprofessional profile can decrease your chances of getting hired. On the other hand, a professional presence can impress potential employers and establish trust and credibility with patients and colleagues. Be mindful of what you post online as it can impact your personal brand and reputation.
