Custom Car Care Case Study

Complete an analysis of the Custom Car Care Case Study that is found in your course book.
Your analysis
should address each of the questions below.
Be sure to fully support your position using marketing
concepts, financial calculations, and facts from the case.
Please note:
Marketing Managers may not always have complete information at their disposal; however,
decisions must still be made in a timely fashion.
Answers such as “it depends” or “more information
needed” is not appropriate.
Utilize the information that you have available, make a decision, and
support your position.

This case scenario may appear rather dated; however, the concepts are relevant today.
Marketers and Entrepreneurs struggle to determine the feasibility of their ideas every day, which is a key
component of this case.
To help bring this case up-to-date, please substitute “Social Media” for the
“Yellow Pages”.

The presentation can be in the form of a
PowerPoint with a narration, or you can get more creative.
This presentation should be
approximately 10-15 minutes in length.

The video can be made using a laptop, smart phone, tablet or other device.
There are numerous
free apps that can assist you with the editing of the video. The finished product must be
uploaded to your IC YouTube Channel.
Please be sure to check the “Unlisted” category.
You can
submit the link to your instructor for evaluation by pasting the URL into the assignment link on
Moodle.
-
Your presentation should include charts of your data that are explained well.
In addition,
professional business language is expected.
As with any video, we want to keep the
presentations conversational and interesting.
That means you should not just read off facts and
numbers.
Demonstrate some energy and enthusiasm for your topics.
Feel free to be creative
and make the videos not only educational but fun as well.
