Introduction:
According to J. Richard Hackman's model, a team should be designed to match each task, have clear and meaningful goals, and have autonomy and authority to
make decisions. There are 5 factors to consider when working in teams the first factor is Team Design this factor includes the size of the group, skills, and the roles of all team members. The second factor is Team Process this factor includes the communication in the group, the coordination, the cooperation in the group, conflict management, and decision making. A team should have effective processes that enable the information within the group sharing, feedback, problem solving, and learning. The third factor is Team Context a team should have supportive information that provides the team with necessary resources. The forth factor is Team Coaching a team should have effective coaching that can help the team develop the skills to improve the performance and over come the teams challenges. The fifth factor is Team Outcomes this includes the quality, quantity, and timelines of the teams outputs, satisfaction, learning, and well being of the team.

What are the first steps to 3x3 writing process:
The first step to the 3x3 writing process is prewriting. Prewriting includes three steps analyzing, anticipating, and adapt. In this process analyzing the needs of your audience then anticipating on them, After anticipation right words and the right tone are used to win the approval of your audience. Prewriting includes the
reaction from your audience after reading your material. Prewriting is always good to do and it makes it easier to grab the main interest of the audience and is now important in the business world.
Drafting:
The second step in the 3x3 writing process is Drafting. Drafting includes Organizing, Researching, investigating this step analyzes the information necessary for a message. When you have collected all the information you need,
it is drafted and analyzed to make it more creative and interesting for the reader's. It focuses on short sentences with ideas to build the paragraph. When gathering information, data, researching the old company files, old data analysis
are done to gather information and make it more accurate.
Revising:
The third step in the 3x3 writing process is Revising. Revising is proofreading, evaluating, and revising. The last step focuses on the grammatical errors and makes sure the content delivers a proper message which is to be delivered. It takes ntime to read every message carefully, in order to make it context error free.

2. Purpose of the Report:
This report is responding to the J. Richard Hackman's statement, which states that the use of teams may not be a good choice for companies in the project completion.
3. Best channel for sending reports:
The best channel for sending reports is through Email. The reason this is considered because of the nature of the report. which is regarded with high importance, and the need to use a reliable channel (Guffey and Loewy, 2012) Emails ensure that your documents are stored permanently and retrieved for reference at any time. The recipient can easily share the email by forwarding it to others (Hamilton, 2013)
3. Primary/Secondary Audience
The primary audience for my report is my Boss, and coworkers. My secondary audience will consist of managers within the organization, project team members and projects managers
4. Appropriate tone of the report:
The appropriate tone for my report is formal.
techniques for a positive tone to achieve a positive tone, the following techniques need to be utilized. Avoid personal pronouns, you want to avoid terms which may wrongly interpreted, you will used gender neutral words. you want to use polysyllabic words, use positive language and try avoiding contractions, edit and proof read your report to reduce the grammar mistakes. (Hamilton, 2013)
The "you" view will be achieved through avoiding first-person pronouns such as
"I", "us", "we", and "our". Instead trythe second person pronouns will be emphasized like "you" and "your"
Examples of skillful writing techniques for the report

Conversational and professional:
Conversational style is used when emailing a friend or family member, I will not be using much conversational in my project.
Professional is when you are talking with your boss, team members, or someone
you just met. Being professional when on the job or in teams is what stands out with all your other qualities.
Courteous:
Courteous is the respect we show others in business communication the same when writing an email, you should show respect to your readers by having courteous communication.
Bias-free:
Bias-free avoids words and phrases that unfairly and unethically categorize people based on their gender, race, ethnicity, age, disability, and other characteristics.
Precise and vigorous: when working in groups being precise and vigorous is team work, your getting the job done in a group and a timely manner.
Conclusion:
The pre-writing process forms a crucial aspect of the writing process, because it prepares the writer to ensure that the written message communicates effectively to the readers.
