WEEK 1 ASSIGNMENT
2
Through the use of technology and 21st century teaching and learning, we can support
diversity in our schools and communities.
The goal of the educational system was to provide a high-quality education to large
groups of students. The educational system must adapt to meet the needs of the 21st century to
ensure that students are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in a global society. To do
so, teachers must provide the necessary tools and resources. It was also designed to allow
everyone to complete the same tasks at the same time.
Through the MAECEL program at the
University of Arts and Sciences of Ashford, I was able to improve my skills in various areas,
such as ISTE standards and 21st century skills. After reviewing the various PLOs offered by the
MAECEL program, it has been concluded that it is important for me to have a good
understanding of the core values of the program. I came across this program because I was a
former daycare center worker who didn't have the necessary training to teach children. A
significant criteria that I review when choosing a school for one of my children is the PLO. It
should be designed with a conducive learning environment that is welcoming and safe for all
students. The school must also be able to provide its pupils with an opportunity to develop their
talents. A positive atmosphere in a school fosters learning opportunities and helps pupils feel
valued and included. Apart from having a conducive setting, instructors should also show
commitment to their students.
The goal of this program is to provide the students with the best possible education. This
is done through the engagement of other students. It will allow them to develop their social skills
and knowledge about the world around them. In addition to being able to provide the best
possible education, I also want to make sure that I have the best environment for my students.

children. As a future principal or college instructor, one of my goals is to help the families
prepare a holiday dinner that is culturally relevant.
The second week of the EDU 696 Week 2 Assignment course will be redesigned to
include a new learning objective that will focus on the development of critical thinking and
communication skills. The goal of the redesign is to provide a comprehensive view of the 21st
century, including topics such as media and technology skills, digital literacy, and career and life
skills. It will also feature support tools and resources that can help students develop their skills. It
will demonstrate mastery of the MAECEL PLO's by providing relevant and challenging
experiences that are based on current research and theories. The goal of the redesign is to provide
evidence of the growth of the learner and the responsiveness of the instructional decisions. In
addition, it will feature the latest 21st century learning skills. The yellow work highlighted in the
gallery shows my recent updates on the redesign, which tackled 21st-century learning methods.
