Steps: The patient presented with severe chest congestion, therefore the ICD-10 was used because chest congestion is a diagnosis. I also think pneumonia is also a diagnosis. CPT code was used because the patient had a chest X-ray done on them therefore, CPT code was used. The provider injects 25 mg of dimenhydrinate during an office visit.
