Hello Everyone, The novel My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult had its literary debut in 2004 and was made into a film in 2009. The film depicts the tale of a family that finds it difficult to accept death. The youngest daughter, Anna, sues her parents for medical emancipation, which takes away the parents' authority to make medical choices for their children, even if they are minors. The parents of thirteen-year-old Anna want her to give her kidney to her elder sister, who has severe leukemia and is dying. Cultural expression is essential for establishing a relaxing environment and expressing oneself via dancing, painting, music, or cinema. Healthcare and the arts may be combined in many creative ways at medical institutions. Certain art forms have the capacity to be therapeutic and are more accessible than others (Ettun, et al. 2014). My Sister's Keeper offers a comprehensive description of how illness may impact every facet of a family's life, which makes it pertinent to wellbeing. Kate's encouragement for Anna to bring the case to court also demonstrates how most youngsters are aware of their health issues and the consequences. Kate realized she was sick of battling and assumed her parents wouldn't understand. This movie's social message is that we owe it to our families to preserve a balance between our physical, emotional, and mental wellness. Although Anna was created by in vitro fertilization in order to preserve the life of the eldest daughter, this raises several intriguing and significant ethical questions. For those who have been fighting a turbulent illness, wellness might occasionally come in the form of death. In My Sister's Keeper , it is discussed how culture affects our choices and convictions. The parents ignored how Kate's condition was affecting the children because they thought it was their duty to save her at any costs. The parents were unwilling to accept help to lessen their emotional and mental suffering. The parents were unwilling to embrace acceptance as a means of easing their mental and emotional agony. This film depicted

issues that people experience on a daily basis. It underlined the importance of being aware of the impact of wellness imbalances. The way in which this film reflected culture showed how creativity might help authors overcome obstacles. This message's social implication is that parents should recognize teenagers have thoughts and emotions that are important. It's critical to take ownership of how your wellbeing affects you and others around you. Our differences may be detrimental to other people's well- being. By setting personal ideas aside, it is simpler to make peace with the difficulties one experiences. My Sister's Keeper conveys the theme of compassion, power in suffering, and discovering one's own identity. Regardless of age, culture, or state of health, social repercussions affect everyone.
