The qualites that will be the easiest for me is being a generalist , courageous, intuitive, creatinve, competent, willing to change, self-aware, well, responsible, able to suspend judgement, inquisitive at times, caring, willing to work, hungry, willing to laugh, willing to accept paradox, and optimistic. These qualites are the easiest for me because I'm a extremely good at being my own self motivator. A self motivator can be defined as someone that has an internal drive that leads them to to take action towards a goal. And these are all qualites I feel that a self motivator would have to accomplish short/longterm goals, tasks, and assignments. The qualties that may be the hardest for me at times is able to focus attention, being energetic, willling to take risks and participate, relaxing about grades, spontaneous, tech savvy, and willing to be uncomfortable. These qualties may be the hardes to do at time because I'm afraid of failure. It doesn't feel good. Also, because at this point in my life, I set a time schedule on myself to conquer some long awaited goals that I feel should have been completed. Thats where I have to take responsible and do things according to God's will.
