Aleman 2 Mid-Point Proposal for the Final Project Presentation I'm going to apply the lessons I gained in Chapter 8 Manager's Ethics: Getting To Promote and Firing Workers to my Mid-Point Proposal for the Final Project Presentation. I chose this chapter to gain a better understanding of appropriate manager ethics and how to apply them. I also picked this chapter because I think it will teach me more about managing people. Despite my extensive managerial experience in several professions, I believe I still have a lot to learn. All I can do is keep becoming better. I'm interested in finding out more about how to retain my staff members' strong work ethics and complete engagement at work.
