For the benefit of the participants, group sessions may include spirituality. As a facilitator, I
would want to discover each client's belief system, emphasize the significance of mutual respect,
and talk about particular values derived from their beliefs. Each client has their unique set of
beliefs and values. A person's spirituality is frequently a major source of inspiration and
optimism. It's critical that facilitators avoid forcing their own opinions on their customers (ACA,
2014). Exploring one's own spirituality while letting others accept one's unique worldview is
emphasized in GCU's Integration of Faith program (GCU, 2022). Introducing this study in a
group setting will benefit participants by giving them a better knowledge of themselves as well
as new insights into the ideas of others. This can assist people in improving their perspectives on
society in general and the varied communities in particular.
This strategy aligns with my worldview. Respect is something I appreciate regardless of what
other people think. Additionally, having grown up in a multicultural neighborhood, I appreciate
everyone's culture and worldview and actively seek out new information and candid
conversations with others from varied backgrounds. These principles have given me the ability to
comprehend people on a personal and professional level and cultivate a welcoming outlook.
