Why has the resistance to expanding constitutional protections to the private sector been so strong when the judiciary has little resistance to judicial expansionism in most areas of legal practice?
I feel as though this separation of powers has a very big effect on the legal practices. On the judicial side, that area is not seen the same.

Why does strict constructionism appear to win the day in the battle over private security and the constitutional application of the Bill of Rights?
Strict constructionism appears to win in battle compared to private security and constitutional application of the Bill of Rights because the constitution is above everything else and what is written is what actions you can take.

Explain in detail the platinum platter theory
. Do you think it has validity? Is it a rare case?
The platinum platter theory is a doctrine that challenges the exclusionary regulation of search, seizure, and arrest. I think that it has potential and has some validity.

When will state action arise from private action? Provide another example and corresponding description.
State action will arise from private action when the two stop relying on each other so much.

Critique the Zelinski decision. Why has the case not generated a following?
In this case, I feel as though the case was thoroughly looked and investigated. Therefore, the best possible solution was made.

Critique any other case of private action and the law of arrest, search, and seizure.
In another case, I feel the same as the outcome from the Zelinski case. The best possible solution was made.
