The Supreme Court has acknowledged again and time again that any definition of liberty must encompass the freedom to make private choices considering one's autonomy, bodily integrity, relationships, and family (Abortion and Liberty Rights 2021, para.1). The right to abortion is limited within that vital spectrum, and if it were to be diminished, the Constitution's basic guarantees of liberty would also be at risk. Roe was a historic case that established that an individual, not the government, should decide whether to end a pre-viability pregnancy. Roe bolstered the Supreme Court's establishment of a constitutional framework that recognizes associated liberty rights (Abortion and Liberty Rights 2021, para.2). By emphasizing the interconnected and continuous nature of the Court's liberty precedents, the ACLU's brief disproves Mississippi's assertion that abortion is "untethered to the Constitution and this Court's privacy and liberty jurisprudence." (Abortion and Liberty Rights 2021, para. 3). There are many personal rights opposed to state intervention and there is no moral justification for doing away with that right. The association is committed to

upholding the civil rights laws and the Constitution's principles of equality and freedom. (Abortion and Liberty Rights 2021, para.4). Application Civil liberties monitor the government, and their first objective is to protect freedom. (Krutz 2019, p. 111). On the other hand, the civil rights purpose is to treat public employees equally, to avoid judgments based on their race, gender, or other characteristics. (Krutz 2019, p.112). This article describes the definition of liberty. In this article, I completely agree with Roe’s statement. The right to privacy is very important and should be applied to everyone (Krutz 2019, p.144). The creation by the Supreme Court of a constitutional structure plans that acknowledges rights to linked liberties, such as the freedom to marry someone of the same gender. This article describes the abortion decision. It is referred to the Constitution and it is under the protection of liberty guarantee in the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment (Abortion and Liberty Rights 2021, para.4). Also, abortion choice is a crucial component of the framework of rights defending people against government meddling in their most private affairs. Analysis The article shows the significance of the right to civil liberties. One of the most well- known rights is abortion choice. This article demonstrates that abortion is not inherently different from these rights. The Court has recognized the rights to liberty, privacy, and bodily integrity as being protected by the Fourteenth Amendment. The pro-life and pro-choice positions are outlined and clarified in this article. Some women's choices have been abortion depending on their financial statement.
