Bureaucracy is an organization of non-elected state officials
that formulate public policies and enforce them (Hill, 2020).
The organizations officials actually have less of an influence
than one would think during the entire process concerning
the citizens. This route would represent less of the citizens
interests or needs and inhibit the freedom in society.
Inhibiting the freedom in society will remove the citizens
right of choice to think, speak, or act (Greenberg & Page,
2018). The failure to incorporate the elected officials when
addressing issues and concerns of the citizens, worsens the
outcomes. This then inhibits the change in which the issues
and concerns of present citizens would be addressed.
