Part A. This part is worth one point, the student could earn this point by citing the correct provision
common in both cases, and they did.
Part B. This part is worth one point, they did not earn this point. The student has to
describe the conflict
between public interests and private rights as it applied to the named case, to which they only
provided a very brief summary of the case, and did not explain any conflicts between public interests
or private rights.
Part C. This part is worth one point, the student did not earn this point. While they did cite a similarity
between the two cases, it did not respond to the question of how the case opinion compares to the
other case they chose.
