Adolescent customers who hear music from cartoons will spend more time in the store than those who heard Top Forty music or no music. Adolescent customers who hear music from cartoons will spend more money than those who heard Top Forty music or no music. 2. For experiments only Independent variable(s): List all IVs and how each with be manipulated. For each IV indicate whether it is a between subjects or within subjects variable and name each level (e.g., “Light color, within-subjects, red or green”; “Room temperature; between-subjects; 70 deg., 80 deg., 90 deg.”). Music type, selected randomly before between-subjects, cartoon or Top Forty or none Dependent variable(s): List all DVs and how each will be measured (e.g., “Weight in pounds; bathroom scale”).
