DSM 5 Principal Diagnosis F65.4 Pedophillic Disdisorder-exclusively sexually attracted to males An individual who has had arousing fantasies about, urges for, or behaviors with a prepubescent child or children. The individual has acted out these sexual desires, or is experiencing significant distress or difficulty as a result of these desires. The Individual is 16 years of age, and at least five years older than the child or children noted in Criterion A. (APA,2022) Chris is a 32 year-old Caucasian male. He was the youth director in a large metropolitan church. Chris liked to work closely with boys, he even had an after-school program for boys between the ages of 5-12. He valued the reputation but eventually admitted to having sexual fantasies after serving time for child moilestation. Medical Conditions/ Other Conditions That May Be a Focus of Clinical Att.
